UN will never know the exact typhoon death toll
November 20 , 2013
The most recent death toll in Philippines is 3,976 but the UN said it may never be able to determine the exact total.
The decentralized government of the nation, the destroyed roads and telephones as well as the lack of communication via radio is making the task even harder.
Moreover, people are more concerned with surviving rather than counting their dead.
Many bodies, which were swept in the sea are never going to found; according to a government official, reconstruction could cost close to $5.8B.
