Ukraine Crisis: Six government troops killed, say officials
April 6 , 2015
Six Ukrainian government troops have been killed in two separate incidents in the troubled eastern part of the country, officials have said.
While four soldiers were killed when suspected rebels fired at their vehicle which hit across a bridge in Schastye, two others became victims of an anti-tank mine near Mariupol city.
Though there have been instances of violence in eastern Ukraine in recent weeks, the ceasefire between the government and pro-Russia separatists is largely holding, according to the observers.
A mine blast near Donetsk had earlier killed three government soldiers, reports said.
