UK accepts EU demand and agrees to divorce bill prior to trade talks

Negotiators from Great Britain have virtually surrendered to major demands from EU regarding a phased approach pertaining to talks on Brexit. It has been estimated that it would cost several billion euros to settle the divorce from EU and until and unless the UK is able to figure out all the details properly trade talks between both will have to wait. David Davis, the Brexit Secretary, has said that this initial going back is in tune with the long term plans of the present government.
