Typhoon Rammasun hits Philippines, over 5 dead

Typhoon Rammasun made landfall in the Philippines near Legazpi city on the east coast.
At least 350,000 people had to be evacuated in several places in the country as the typhoon, a Category 3 hurricane by United States standards, swept across the Philippines.
Powerful winds and strong rain were reported from capital Manila, with many roofs torn apart by the storm.
Atleast Five deaths linked to the typhoon have been reported from various parts of the country.
