Turkey launches air strikes on PKK targets

A day after a deadly bomb explosion struck a peace rally in Ankara, the Turkish air force launched air strikes on Kurdish militants. According to media reports, the Turkish warplanes pounded Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) targets over the border in northern Iraq and the south-east of the country. ISIS is suspected to be behind the twin bombings in Ankara that killed around 95 people.
