Trump Signs New Executive Order on Cybersecurity
May 11 , 2017
As per reports, US President Donald Trump signed a new executive order in order to modernize and improve the computer networks of the nation.
As mentioned by Trump's homeland security adviser Tom Bossert, the order will be helpful to avoid cybersecurity risks in the country. According to the new requirements, agency heads have to be responsible for implementing risk management measures.
The order came after Trump fired FBI Director James Comey, who was carrying out an investigation into alleged Russian hacking in last year's election.
