Three more bodies recovered from AirAsia crash site
December 31 , 2014
Even though the bad weather is proving a major obstacle in the search operation of AirAsia flight QZ8501 to locate the debris and bodies from the Java Sea crash site, three more bodies were discovered on Wednesday, December 31, media reports say. The death toll has now reached to six so far.
The Indonesian National Research and Rescue Agency, Bambang Sulistyo, has confirmed that the wreckage and bodies are from the plane, which went missing on Sunday with 162 people onboard.
The Kotawaringin Barat District Administration has provided 168 coffins in Pangkalan Bun.
