Syrian civil war: 'Worst year' for civilians, says report
March 12 , 2015
A report by aid agencies has alleged that the United Nations security council failed to implement resolutions to help and protect Syrian civilians.
The 21 organizations that have published the joint report include Oxfam and Save the Children.
The report describes the past year as the “worst” for civilians in the four-year conflict, which shows no sign of ending.
Meanwhile, another report backed by the UN says that the conflict and social and economic upheaval in Syria have led to the displacement of 10 million people.
