Suicide attack in Nigeria, more than 60 dead

Feb 11, 2016 - Around 60 people were killed when two female suicide bombers blew themselves up in a camp for internally displaced people in Nigeria. According to media reports, the attack took place as hundreds of people were standing in line to collect food at the camp located 55 miles northeast of Maiduguri in Borno state. One relief worker said that fifty two people were buried in Dikwa, while many other bodies were sent to Maiduguri. (Please see the map)
Eight die in suicide bombing in Nigeria
Nov 23, 2015 - Eight people have been killed while eight others injured in a suicide bombing in Nigeria. Media reports quoted Col. Sani Usman as saying that the bomb detonated among people displaced by Boko Haram violence in the northern Nigeria. The victims were mostly women and children from Dikwa and were undergoing security screening at a checkpoint of the military.
