  • Southern California Wildfire Kills 2, Scorches More than 30,000 Acres

    June 25, 2016: The Southern California wildfire is moving fast and has killed 2 people and scorched over 30,000 acres as per reports on Friday. A state of emergency in Kern County has been declared by Jerry Brown, California Governor. Firefighters have worked in difficult conditions to battle the wildfire, but the Lake Isabella area was burned in twenty four hours. Around hundreds of residents were evacuated, but reports also say that some of them may have failed to escape.

     

    California's Two Wildfires can Turn into Mega-fire

    June 22, 2016: Two new wildfires in Southern California burned around 7 square miles. It is being said that the two wildfires can merge together and may turn into a mega-fire. The flames are spreading rapidly, though the fire has shifted toward the mountains now. However, if it shifts again, the homes can be in danger.
