South Korea has called upon North Korea to apologize for planting landmines in the demilitarized zone. According to media reports, a week ago two soldiers were injured in an explosion. Calling it a straight violation of the non-aggression treaty and armistice agreement, South Korea’s presidential spokesman Min Kyung-wook urged North Korea to apologize for the provocation and punish the guilty.
