South Korea reports first Zika case

The mosquito-borne virus Zika has been found in a Brazil-returned South Korea resident. The Centers for Disease Control & Prevention has confirmed about the 43-year-old man being treated in Gwangju city. South Korea has stated the infected man is being quarantined and all his movements are being closely tracked since he has returned home. Zika has been declared a global heath emergency by the WHO (World Health Organization) and is spreading rapidly in Brazil and the Americas.
