South Korea: Four killed in explosion at chemical plant

Four people are believed to have died in an explosion at a South Korean chemical plant, reports said.
Two people are still unaccounted for after the incident in Ulsan city.
According to Hanwha Chemicals, the owners of the plant, the blast occurred while welding work was being undertaken at a waste water disposal unit.
Gas collected in the tank may have been ignited, fire officials said. A probe has been ordered to determine whether negligence led to the blast.
