South Asia floods: 450 dead, nearly a million displaced

The floods in South Asia have killed more than 450 people and displaced close to a million as rescue workers and authorities in India and Pakistan struggle to bring aid to all the affected people.
An estimated 300,000 people in Jammu and Kashmir are still waiting for relief, reports quoting Indian officials said. Thousands of people in Kashmir are taking shelter in religious and other community centers.
In Pakistan, the military used explosives to blow up dykes to divert river water threatening urban areas.
