Sources say Assad dropped chlorine from the air

The United States is trying to determine as to whether or not another chemical was deployed in Syrian regions that are being controlled by rebel forces.
State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki said the chemical in question is more probably chlorine and officials are trying to figure out what exactly happened in Kafr Zita.
Several US officials and other diplomats in the West mentioned to CNN that Assad's regime is responsible for the toxic chemical attack. "Our assessment is it is, at a minimum, concentrated chlorine dropped from helicopters," an official said.
