Snowstorm kills 11 in Japan

There's plenty of chaos in Tokyo due to heavy snowfall and reports suggest that 11 people have died and about 1K are injured in accidents related to snow.
More than 11 inches of snow in the capital prompted its first severe snow warning since 2001.
Although many workplaces in the region remained open, hundreds of flights got canceled and several rail services were suspended as well. Moreover, about 20K households were left without any power and meteorologists predict that there could be more snow on the way.
