Fatu and Najin, two female rhinos, living at the OI Pejeta Conservancy in Kenya are the only northern white rhinos worldwide. Sudan, the last male rhino died last year which makes the species extinct in near future. Hence, to save this majestic species, scientists have successfully created two embryos collected from the two remaining female northern rhinos and frozen sperm from dead males. The eggs are now stored in liquid nitrogen and will be transferred to the surrogate mother in the right time.
