Saudi Arabia's King Salman withdraws from US talks on Iran

Saudi Arabia’s ruler King Salman has pulled out of talks with the US which were called primarily to discuss the nuclear deal with Iran.
The Saudi king was expected to join other Gulf heads of state at the White House and for talks at Camp David.
The US has launched a major diplomatic initiative to convince Saudi Arabia and other Gulf countries that their interests would be safeguarded as relations with Iran are normalized.
Saudi crown prince Muhammad bin Nayef and defense minister Muhammad bin Salman will represent their country at the summit.
