Russian passenger plane crashed after takeoff from Moscow airport

  • A Russian passenger plane with 71 people on board has crashed after taking off from Domodedovo airport in Moscow. The Saratov Airlines vanished just minutes after it left the airport. The aircraft crashed near Argunovo village, which is located around 50 miles southeast of Moscow. Media reports quoted Russian officials as saying that all those aboard the plane are believed to be dead. The aircraft, which crashed early in the afternoon local time, was heading to the city of Orsk.
