Russia pushing Europe to 'point of no return', warns EU

The alleged incursion of Russian soldiers on Ukrainian territory will bring the conflict nearer to "a point of no return", the European Union has warned.
Meanwhile, Petro Poroshenko, Ukraine’s president, called for a strong response to the "military aggression and terror" his country was facing from “[t]housands of foreign troops and hundreds of foreign tanks” that are believed to have entered Ukraine.
Lithuania’s Dalia Grybauskaite said Russia was practically “at war against Europe”.
