'Religious freedom' law: Indiana faces backlash over 'discrimination'

Republican leaders in the US state of Indiana are struggling to find ways to dilute provisions in a new law that has been labelled as anti-sexual minorities and led to a national backlash.
The “religious freedom” law aims to protect businesses from laws which “substantially burden” religious beliefs.
In response, Connecticut has banned travel to Indiana that is funded by the state. The gay CEO of Apple Tim Cook has also slammed the measure.
