  • More than six people died and over a dozen got wounded when a campaign rally of a presidential runoff candidate got hit.

An Interior Ministry spokesman told CNN that candidate Abdullah Abdullah was attacked at a hotel in Kabul and his car was damaged.

Reports suggest that there were two explosions, out of which one could be a roadside bomb and the other one was a suicide attack.
