Police chief shoots and kills mayor after an argument

A police chief in the small town of Aquila has been arrested in southern Mexico since he allegedly shot and killed the mayor following an argument. The shooting is said to have been occurred at a party in the town on Monday and there has been no further information revealed about the argument between the two.
The name of the alleged shooter and police chief is Adan Gonzalez and the dead mayor is reportedly Geronimo Manuel Garcia Rosas. Dozens of mayors have been killed in Mexico since the year of 2006 and there have been reports of drug gangs being involved in the same.
