PM May Pushes for Brexit
January 17 , 2019
After the no-confidence vote has brought a slim victory for UK's PM Theresa May, she is all for finding a new way to push the agenda for Brexit. She has expressed that she wanted the discussion to be conducted in a "constructive spirit". Giving an indication of what lies ahead, she admitted that “It will not be an easy task, but MPs know they have a duty to act in the national interest, reach a consensus and get this done.” She is expected to hold meetings with the DUP and Tory Brexiteers. Both earlier refused to accept her withdrawal deal.
