Philippines storm kills five, displaces 200,000

At least five people were confirmed dead and 200,000 evacuated as a tropical storm caused flooding in Manila and adjoining areas in the Philippines.
The storm, Fung-Wong, affected over 700,000 people in the country, and there were several reports of fallen trees and blown-off rooftops.
In Manila, more than 85,000 people were forced to leave their homes and climb rooftops or upper floors, reports said.
Dozens of local and international flights had to be cancelled.
