Palestinian teen's murder leads to accusations of 'revenge killing'
July 3 , 2014
Palestinians accused Jewish extremists of carrying out a revenge killing after the body of a Palestinian teenager was discovered in East Jerusalem.
The body of 17-year-old Mohamed Abu Khdeir, who was allegedly forced into a car, was badly burnt and found in a forested area.
The discovery, coming just a day after the funeral of Gilad Shaer, Naftali Frenkel and Eyal Yifrah — the three Jewish teenagers who were abducted and killed — escalated tensions, with Palestinians clashing with Israeli forces.
