North Korea Says All Problems in Korean Peninsula Due to US Hostile Policy Towards DPRK

Kim In Ryong, Deputy Envoy of North Korea to the United Nations, has reportedly said that the USA must first roll back hostile policy against his country before putting forward any suggestion for talks. He went on to say that actions are more important than dialogue, as gestured by the United States. Kim In Ryong also said that root cause of all problems in the Korean Peninsula is due to the hostile US policy towards DPRK and his country is developing nuclear warhead mounted missile in deterrence to the U.S. aggression. On Friday, Nikki Haley (U.S. Ambassador to the UN) raised concern on the patent application submitted by North Korea to the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), a UN agency, for process patent of sodium cyanide production. Haley has objected as sodium cyanide helps in making nerve agent Tabun, other than gold extraction.
