Nigeria Air Strike Killed Many in Refugee Camp near Cameroon Border

  • A camp for displaced people has been bombed by a Nigerian military in the north-east. Reports say that the bomb was dropped mistakenly and killed at least 52 people, while injured many. There were aid workers among the dead people, and six of them were employees of Red Cross.

    Reports from MSF aid agency said that more than 200 people were injured. The incident took place near the border of Cameroon.

    It is said that for the first time Nigeria's military has admitted of making such a mistake.
