New Zealand General Election: Polls give PM Bill English reasons to be happy ahead of Saturday's big show

  • The General Elections for the 52nd New Zealand Parliament will take place on September 23, 2017. Ahead of the Saturday polls, the public opinion seems to be in favor of the National Party leader and the Prime Minister of New Zealand, Simon William “Bill” English as opposed to Labour Party's charismatic leader Jacinda Kate Laurell Ardern. Prime Minister Bill English turned up for National Party's campaign at the suburban Benedict's Cafe, Wellington. Pertaining to this Bill English said, “We will keep that up..Its just going to keep growing.” Before Saturday's ultimate general election, the last two polls show National Party to be seven to ten points ahead of oppositional Labour Party.
