New Study Reveals One in Ten Dies Globally Due to Smoking

As per reports, a recent study shows that one in ten deaths in the world is caused due to smoking. The tobacco epidemic is not at all over and the threat to lives is spreading rapidly.
As mentioned by some researchers, 6.4m deaths were caused because of smoking in 2015 and majority of them were in four countries - USA, Russia, China and India. Researchers also say that men across the globe smoke more than women but it is a huge problem for both.
A researcher also said that tobacco control needs to be recognized as an immediate priority for saving lives across the globe.
