NATO soldiers killed in Afganistan

Two NATO soldiers were killed and another wounded by attackers disguised as Afghan Security Force. The attackers opened fire on the personnel while the troops were providing training to the Afghan police force. Romanian government has identified the two soldiers as members of Romanian Special Force. Romania contributes about 600 soldiers to Resolute Support Mission in Afghanistan The attackers were killed by the NATO forces and investigation of the incident is underway. NATO Commander General John Nicholson is planning to reduce the number of troops in Afghanistan to half. Moreover, the US troops are due to be reduced from 9800 to 5500 by the end of 2016.
