Missing flight relatives talk money
April 21 , 2014
A Malaysian official met with families of passengers who were on the missing Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 and spoke about ways to help them financially. Deputy Foreign Affairs Minister Hamzah Zainuddin met the families in Kuala Lumpur and talked about what the next step should be.
He mentioned that financial assistance was discussed but declined to elaborate further.
"We realize this is an excruciating time for the families of those on board," he said. "No words can describe the pain they must be going through. We understand the desperate need for information on behalf of the families and those watching around the world."
