Turkey and the European Union have said that they have agreed to the broad principles to ease the migration crisis. According to media reports, the agreement was reached at a summit held in Brussels; however, a final decision has been delayed. Further talks on the plan will continue ahead of an EU meeting to be held on March 17 and 18.
