Les Munro, last surviving Dambusters pilot, dies

Les Munro, the last surviving Dambusters pilot, has died aged 96 at a hospital in New Zealand. As per media reports, Sqd Ldr Munro, who died on Monday following heart problems, was a part of the World War Two Dambusters operation that successfully used "bouncing bombs" to attack German dams in 1943. The Prime Minister of New Zealand, John Key, paid tribute to Munro on Twitter.
