Le Pen as President May Try to Change France's Electoral Law
May 3 , 2017
As per reports, presidential candidate Marine Le Pen is likely to change electoral law of France by referendum if she wins Sunday's presidential run-off.
According to Le Pen's official manifesto, she is going to implement proportional representation for the party that came first in the election, with a bonus of 30%.
However, the two-round voting system in France ensured that even after winning around a quarter of the votes in recent elections, National Front has two members of parliament.
France is going to hold parliamentary elections on June 11 and 18.
