Landslides and Floods Hit Southwestern Japan

The Southwestern region of Japan has been hit by floods and landslides, killing 6 people so far. A wide swathe of Kyushu island has been hit by the record-breaking rains. Many people have been evacuated from the island. The Japan Meteorological Agency stated that the country might get hit by heavy-rains, which may further result to floods and landslides.
