At least 100 killed in Landslide in Myanmar

Nov 22, 2015 - The death tolls in a landslide near a jade mine in northern Myanmar has crossed 100. According to the local authorities, the number is likely to rise as reportedly, about 100 people are missing or are feared dead. As per media reports, there were no heavy rains or unusual weather which could have caused the landslide. However, several jade-mining companies had made a mountain of soil of about 200 feet high which had collapsed.
