October 4 , 2015
A 66-year-old Japanese man has been killed in Bangladesh, days after an Italian national was shot dead in capital Dhaka.
The Islamic State has reportedly claimed responsibility for the killing.
Kunio Hoshi was shot three times in the rural area of Rangpur, where he was involved in a grass cultivation project.
Islamic State had also claimed the responsibility for the 28 September murder of Italian Cesare Tavella in Dhaka’s diplomatic enclave.
