Italian mafia boss Pasquale Scotti nabbed in Brazil

  • After being on the run for more than three decades, Pasquale Scotti, a leading Italian mafia boss, has been nabbed in Brazil.

    Convicted for over 20 murders, Scotti was a prominent member of a crime gang called Camorra that was based in Naples. He reportedly escaped from a hospital in Italy in 1984.

    The 56-year-old was found in Recife city in Brazil and is likely to be extradited to Italy soon, reports said.
