July 13 , 2015
Several bomb blasts ripped through Iraq’s capital Baghdad, killing at least 28 people and wounding dozens, reports said.
In Shaab district, a car bomb killed at least ten people. A suicide bomber targeted a market nearby. And at least nine people were killed in a car bomb attack in the capital’s Bunouk district.
The Islamic State militant group often claims responsibility for such attacks.
Security forces have sealed off Baghdad’s northern areas, anticipating further bombings.
