Talks in Vienna to secure a nuclear deal with Iran are resuming after another deadline got over. Reports indicate that a key area of disagreement is over how fast sanctions should be lifted from Iran.
John Kerry, the US secretary of state, said the world powers did not want to rush through the deal, adding that “real progress” was being made. Laurent Fabius, the French foreign minister, said things were “going in the right direction”.
