Iran makes an offer over its nuclear program

Iran says it is willing to accept limits on its nuclear program for seven years, provided it would have the freedom to operate minus any special restrictions after that, according to media reports.
Iran's foreign minister Muhammad Javad Zarif made this offer during an interview with the New York Times.
Zarif met John Kerry, the US secretary of state, for talks, which the Iranian leader later described as productive. “We had a good exchange of views,” Zarif was quoted as saying.
