If Travel Ban is Anti-Muslim, Questions Court

The US president's order which banned entry for all refugees as well as visitors from seven mainly Muslim countries for a short period, has been questioned by Judge Richard Clifton. As per reports, Judge Clifton has questioned that if the ban is discriminatory as only 15% of the world's Muslims will be affected by this.
He is one of those three judges of the appeals court in San Francisco. Who are supposed to make the ruling later this week.
An hour of verbal arguments took place on Tuesday between the both sides.
The decision of the 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals on the case will happen in the Supreme Court.
