Hollande says Charlie Hebdo will 'live on'
January 15 , 2015
France’s President Francois Hollande has said that Charlie Hebdo and the values that the satirical magazine stands for will “live on,” according to media reports.
His remarks came as the new edition of the weekly was sold out in a matter of hours, with millions of additional copies printed in several languages to meet the extraordinary demand.
The magazine's new edition shows a cartoon on its cover depicting the Prophet Muhammad holding a sign that says “I am Charlie” and with a headline below "All is forgiven."
