Gunmen storm Kabul guesthouse, five dead

At least five foreigners were killed during a siege at a guest house in Afghanistan. As per media reports, at least two Indians and one American were among the five foreigners killed in the siege that ended early this morning. The Indian ambassador in Kabul, Amar Sinha, said that there were a few Indian causalities but the exact number of how many Indians died in the siege is not known. The Police Chief of Kabul, Abdul Rahman Rahimi, said that all the three armed assailants involved in the attack have been killed. More than 50 people were rescued from the guest house.
