Police in Germany said smugglers made an error and sent cocaine to supermarkets so they have seized a haul of the drug.
Workers at five stores located in and around Berlin found cocaine packed inside banana crates on Monday. The drug weighed a total of 310 pounds and the head of anti-drugs squad in Berlin said it had come in via the port of Hamburg from Colombia and the discovery was "pure chance."
A German news agency mentioned that the smugglers didn't only make a logistical mistake but also an expensive one. Reports suggest that the cocaine was worth $8.2M.
