Four dead, 20 injured as bus hits landmine in eastern Ukraine
March 26 , 2015
Four people were killed and around 20 injured when a bus hit a mine in Ukraine, media reports said.
The incident occurred near Artemivsk, a town in the eastern Donetsk region.
Though pro-Russia rebels control much of Donetsk, Artemivsk is held by government forces.
The bus, which was heading to the rebel-controlled Horlivka city, was reportedly attempting to bypass a security checkpoint when its “rear wheel ran over” a landmine, an official in the Interior Ministry said.
