Three female suicide bombers and one man blew themselves up in northern Cameroon, killing at least four civilians.
The attackers, suspected to be members of the Nigerian militant group Boko Haram, targeted Nigue village on the outskirts of Cameroon’s Fotokol town. At least 12 people were wounded in the attacks, the police said.
Boko Haram has stepped up its attacks against Nigeria’s neighbors who have joined a military campaign against the Islamist militant group.
