Police in Thailand say the first person arrested during the probe into the Bangkok bombing was the one who planted bombs that killed 20 people during rush hour last month.
The suspect, 28-year-old Adem Karadag, was arrested after several fake passports and bomb-making material were found in his apartment, according the police.
A Thai police spokesperson said Karadag, who is believed to be a Turkish national, had “accepted the crime”.
