Firefighters continue to battle Southern California wildfires

  • Wildfires in Southern California have scorched more than 65,000 acres of land. Firefighters are trying to combat the fires, which are burning with extreme ferocity and speed. On Tuesday, dry conditions and Santa Ana winds led to at least five wildfires. To protect the residents, the city of Ventura has declared a curfew. The wildfires have led to thousands of people fleeing their homes. The fires have also destroyed more than a hundred buildings and caused power outages.
